We know the feeling…

The Laz privately owned parking meters are not a favorite for Chicago residents. However some vandals have taken it to another level. Numerous reports, about thirteen in all, mostly on the north side, have reported broken glass, credit card readers and display brackets. Police are on the search for those responsible. The machines look like they have been destroyed by ‘a blunt instrument or tool.’
